🏃♀️⛰️ What an amazing day in the Davos mountains!
On June 13th, we welcomed 15 motivated runners to our Trail Running Seminar. Together, we worked on uphill and downhill running techniques, covered some trail miles, and shared valuable tips for running efficiently and confidently in alpine terrain.
Alongside our time on the trails, we also focused on mental health, stress management, mobility, and strength training—because long-term performance is about much more than just running.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us with so much energy, curiosity, and positivity. It was a pleasure to share our knowledge and spend a day full of movement, learning, and mountain adventures together! 🙌
See you on the trails soon!
Thanks @fiona_nunige for the support and @_lucagaito_ for the 📷

113 @swisscanyontrail 🇨🇭🏃♀️
113km, 5100m of elevation, and 13 hours & 29 minutes out on the trails. Finishing 3rd in a strong international field at my longest race ever is an incredible feeling—but this journey went far deeper than just numbers and podiums. 🏔️✨
We always talk about the physical build-up: the endless mileage, the strength work, the uphill and downhill technique. But after more than 13.5 hours on the move, I am more convinced than ever: physical training is only half the battle. If you want to truly optimize your performance, you cannot forget the mind. 🧠
For this race, I trained my mind just as hard as my legs. Through regular breathwork, I’ve learned to channel my thoughts and quiet my brain. Visualisation techniques helped me stay positive through the tough sections and maintain my flow and relaxation on technical terrain.
But the real game-changer? Mental tapering. 🔋
We all know physical tapering, but keeping the „mental load“ as low as possible in the final days is just as crucial. Coming to the start line with a fresh, clear mind allowed me to experience something rare: I never hit a mental wall. I never questioned why I was out there. Time simply flew by because I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be, doing what I love. 🤍

114k | 5,394m D+ | 13h 29min | P3 overall! 🥉✨
I am incredibly proud and happy with how my race went at the @swisscanyontrail on Saturday. My longest trail race ever – and it was a perfect day!
The best part: I didn’t experience any major lows or crises over the entire distance. My fueling strategy worked flawlessly, and my mindset stayed completely positive from kilometer 1 to 114. To cross the finish line in 13h 29min and secure 3rd place in a highly competitive, international field makes me deeply proud of this performance.
The stunning course with its magical views from Creux du Van and Chasseral made this day truly unforgettable. All the hard work over the past months has paid off! 🏔️💪
Congrats: 🏅 @marjomarli 🥈 @azarastorm

A very special bonus for me: Saturday was also World MS Day. Running this distance filled me with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for my body and its strength. I kept all MS patients deeply in my thoughts throughout the race—those who are fighting their own battles every day and for whom such physical achievements are not possible. This podium is also dedicated to them. 🧡🎗️

Change of plans, but full of motivation! 🔥
After focusing heavily on recovery recently, I was searching for the right race to replace @trailalsacebyutmb 100k.
Sometimes things just fall into place: on Mai 30th, I will take part of the legendary 111k @swisscanyontrail .
I’ve been on the start line here three times before for the shorter distance, but stepping up to the premier 111k distance feels like a beautiful milestone. 👑
I’m incredibly grateful to the Swiss Canyon Trail organization for this opportunity. The countdown is on—using these last few days to fine-tune my physical and mental preparation so I can face this challenge head-on. 📈🪵
See you @swisscanyontrail

🏔️ Innsbruck: Pure Trail Spirit!
What an incredible few days in the heart of the Alps! From coaching the next generation of runners to pushing my own limits on the trails, it’s been a week of pure passion and performance.
👟 The Trail Academy @leki.trailrunning @sidasyourfootcompany @adidasrunning
The first two days were all about the Trail Academy. Partnering with Leki, Sidas, and adidas Terrex, we focused on:
Coaching & Community: It was a privilege to share insights, talk gear, and exchange experiences with all the motivated participants.
K7 Race: We wrapped up the academy by taking on the K7 as a final run together—the perfect way to soak up the atmosphere of the Innsbruck Alpine Trailrun Festival @innsbruckalpine
🏁 The Main Event: Trailmarathon (42km | 2700hm)
Once the academy finished, it was time to switch gears. I spent the final hours preparing with my adidas Terrex teammates for the big one: the Trailmarathon.
The Grind: 42km with 2,700m of vertical gain. It was a tough, sometimes technical race that demanded everything, but the energy in Innsbruck is simply unmatched.
Team Success: Beyond my own race, it was amazing to share the trails and the „good times“ with my teammates, who absolutely crushed it this weekend. Seeing the team perform so successfully was the cherry on top! Victories 🏅for @noraserres and @sven.koch.runs (k65), @deckhugo (k42) and @hollyapage (k35)
🙏 Huge Thanks
A massive thank you to adidas Terrex and @guy_nunige for these intense, exciting, and well-organized days in Innsbruck. Grateful for the support and the incredible memories.

„Want to get faster downhill?
Here’s the secret:
Footwork is everything. Quick, light steps on your midfoot. Never heel strike. Think ‘hot coals’ under your feet.
Strong quads = your suspension. Eccentric strength stops you from trashing your legs. Bulgarian split squats are your best friend.
Core = control. A stable torso keeps you balanced over roots and rocks. No core, no confidence.
Downhill isn’t reckless. It’s a skill. And skills can be trained.“

That finish line feeling hits different when you cross it first ✨
Today’s trail race had everything: steep ascents, flowy singletrails, and some demanding downhills. Stoked to take the win at the „Grand Défi des Vosges“ @les_vosgirunners 44km +/-1800m
Big thanks to everyone cheering on the course.
