Die letzte Woche durfte ich gemeinsam mit @guy_nunige während 4 Tagen unser Langlauf- und Trailrunningcamp in Davos durchführen und leiten.
Bei schönstem Wetter konnten wir unsere Leidenschaft das Langlaufen und Trailrunning unseren Kursteilnehmern näher bringen und ihnen etwas von unserer Erfahrung weitergeben.
Es hat einfach nur Spass gemacht🤩🗻🍁🍂

Für viele Trailrunner ist jetzt schon Off Saison. Ich bin aber noch top motiviert und ich nutzte die letzten 4 Tage bei schönstem Herbstwetter noch einige km in den Bergen zu trainieren.
Wer hätte vor 3 Wochen gedacht, dass es nochmal möglich ist über 2000m ü.M. in Shorts zu laufen.
Tag 1: Filisur-Albulapass 17.6 km, 1204 hm
Tag 2: Davoser Panoramatrail, Gotschnagrat-Chörbshorn. 36.7km 1387hm
Tag 3: Intervall , Hügelläufe 15x30“
Tag 4: Pischarunde-Hüreli 28km 1135hm
Nun gibt es ein paar Tage Erholung, mit meinem Sohn @bjo.nunige in Istanbul, bevor wir dann nächste Woche mit unserem Trailrunning-Langlaufcamp in Davos starten.

@cappadociaultratrail was an incredible experience.
The track is so interesting, sometimes really fast, sometimes really tricky, but always a wonderful landscape.
This race was one of my best races this season. I felt quite good and was able to enjoy the whole day out there.
It was also nice to spend some miles with my teammate @hollyapage .
Also a big thanks to @babs_scheithauer, @fuel.theworld and @celine_hoeche for the professional support and crewing.
