Offers and prices

I have been treating people in Davos for 20 years.

Act healthy . be healthy . feel healthy

In my practice at Bahnhofstrasse 6 in Davos Platz I treat as a dipl. med. Masseurin FA (the Swiss diploma for medical massage).

A suitable massage, applied with care, works on both the overactive and the underactive functions of the body and brings them back into functional balance.

The practice is modern and harmoniously furnished and easy to reach for wheelchair users too. I arrange appointments by phone.

Price for all treatments

  • Classic massage

The classic massage is used in many ways, as a targeted therapy or simply for general wellbeing. Its aim is to relax and loosen the muscles. The increased blood flow helps the tissue clear deposits more easily.

    Used for

    • Pain in the musculoskeletal system
    • Poor circulation
    • Pain from poor posture and muscular imbalance
    • General relaxation and wellbeing

  • Sports massage

Sports massage is used within a training programme and before and after competition. It draws mainly on the strokes of classic massage, tailored individually to the sport, the athlete and the goals in that sport.

  • Akupunktmassage nach Penzel

Akupunktmassage nach Penzel is a regulation therapy based on Chinese energy theory: massage works mainly along the meridians that show a lack of energy, with individual acupuncture points stimulated as needed. A course of treatment also includes dedicated scar care and energetic treatment of the spine, alongside the meridian therapy.

    Used for

    • Spinal complaints
    • Joint complaints
    • Scar treatment
    • Complaints during pregnancy
    • Birth preparation
    • Vegetative disorders

  • Foot reflexology massage

Treating the foot's reflex zones triggers reactions in the corresponding organs and encourages them to regulate themselves. Working through the reflex zones on the foot can address functional organ disorders such as digestive complaints, as well as allergies, complaints of the musculoskeletal system, or headaches and migraine.

    Used for

    • Functional organ disorders (e.g. digestive complaints)
    • Allergies (e.g. hay fever)
    • Complaints of the musculoskeletal system
    • Headaches and migraine
    • Lymphatic strain

  • Lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle technique that increases the lymph flow. That lets the lymphatic system do its job better: clearing waste from the tissue and returning it to the bloodstream.

    Used for

    • Oedema from poor venous drainage (swollen legs)
    • After surgery for cancer
    • Oedema during pregnancy
    • Cleansing after an illness

  • Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is an individual bodywork treatment: targeted manipulation of deep-seated connective tissue restrictions works through the fascial system on the whole organism, aiming to restore balance and vitality. The connective tissue becomes more mobile and supple, joints are relieved, blocked joints release, and stereotyped movement patterns are interrupted.
